Showcase your culinary talents in your choice of several categories.

A gallery or store may host a restaurant or food vendor, and/or a winery or a brewery by paying the basic entry fee of $75.00. Get your form and fees in by July 10 and you'll qualify for the
Early Bird Special....$60 for galleries, shops, hosting locations.

Your entry fee is a direct donation to Cinnabar Theater, a 501(c)3 California non-profit organization.

Guests will purchase and bring tasting tickets to your place of business. For each ticket they present, you will serve guests a sample portion (value of $3.50) of your choice. You must collect these tickets so they are not used a second time. Collect one ticket per location for sample plates, wine or beer tasting.

For downtown merchants, the tastings will be at your location. No need to leave your place of business! The guests will enjoy your offerings while experiencing the ambience that your store or restaurant has to offer. This is a great opportunity to share your talents with the community and gain new exposure to residents and visitors to Petaluma! Last year we had guests from Chicago, Sacramento, Cloverdale and other parts of Sonoma County and the Bay Area.
